Oedipus and The Mama’s Boys are a band from Edinburgh but all individually hailing from an unknown origin. 8 people seeking answers to a question they do not yet know, attempting to piece together vague memories of each other. Lead to one another by something borderline supernatural, they continue to make something adjacent to music while seeking answers.
Previous appearances at Kelburn Garden Party, Houseguest Festival plus London & Edinburgh sold-out headline shows. Support slots with Legss, Hotel Lux, Smag Pag Dig Selv, Joe and The Shitboys, Bones Ate Arfa, Heavyskint and others. Shows played across London, Brighton, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Oedipus and The Mama's Boys is made up of Charlie (lead vocals/guitar), Gemima (vocals/bass), Cammy (vocals/guitar), Nye (saxophone), Hannah (trumpet/flugelhorn), Matthew (drums), Alex (violin/mandolin) and Scott (synthesizer/keyboard/)
